Our refund policy stipulates that while we do not issue refunds for products that have been unsealed or are not in their original packaging, we do acknowledge circumstances where a product may be faulty or defective. In such cases, should you encounter any faults within the first 30 days of use, we encourage you to reach out to our support team for assistance. We are committed to resolving your concerns and, if necessary, we can provide a refund for the faulty or broken item. Additionally, for products that remain unopened and in their original packaging and are faulty or broken, we offer returns and refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If a customer does change their mind and wishes to cancel their order, they must contact our support email within 2 hours. Any order cancellation requests after 2 hours will not be honoured since our warehouse team and staff process orders as soon as they are made.
In the rare case that your order has been inspected by customs and had the seal removed, we are not liable for a refund but will instead, ship you a free replacement order within 0-1 business days after sufficient evidence is provided by the customer in correspondence to their inquiry.
